Shipping:
Digital products are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase. There is no postal shipping method or specific delivery time.
Returns:
Digital products, including gift cards, are not returnable.
Physical Products:
Shipping:
Physical Products are mailed Monday-Thursday. We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge you what the shipping company charges us.
Returns:
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized physical products are not refundable.
Shipping returns:
To return your product, you should contact The Honest Homeschool via email at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Returns are processed within 10-14 days. Refunds can be expected within 5-7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
